01. Data Collection & Privacy Standards

At Konect, we respect your confidentiality and privacy. We collect personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, and company credentials) strictly for communication, project fulfillment, system configuration, and service optimization.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data or trade secrets to third parties under any circumstances. All system configurations, database credentials, and business statistics shared with Konect are protected under standard commercial non-disclosure guidelines.

02. Initial Deposit & Project Commencement

To initiate any design, development, marketing, or AI agent implementation project, Konect enforces a mandatory upfront advance payment structure.

💳 50% Advance Commitment Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of exactly 50% of the total agreed project budget must be cleared prior to project kickoff, resource allocation, environment setup, or architecture planning.

03. Final Balance Clearing & Delivery of Assets

Konect maintains strict ownership protocol over all developed assets, source code, database architectures, graphics, and server deployments until full settlement is executed.

🔒 Resource Handover Policy

The remaining 50% final balance must be paid in full prior to the final release, transfer of admin rights, migration to production servers, or delivery of source codes, media assets, and API keys.

All staging environments remain locked under Konect hosting infrastructure until final payment clearance.
Admin access for CMS websites (Shopify/WordPress) and repository access (GitHub/GitLab) will be granted immediately upon confirmation of receipt of full payment.
In case of delayed final payments exceeding 15 business days, Konect reserves the right to suspend staging links and delay handover timelines accordingly.

04. Cookies & Analytics Tracking

Our website uses standard essential cookies and performance pixels (including Google Analytics and conversion tracking scripts) to optimize site response times and measure ad campaign effectiveness. Users may disable cookies via their browser settings at any point.
